Shipping Policy
All Orders are shipped within 48 working hours. Before dispatch, if you would like to alter or cancel your order, you can get in touch with us on hi@krossstich.com
We ship our products across India using Blue Dart for most cases. If Blue Dart does not service your area, we ship using either Ecom Express or Xpressbees. All our shipments get dispatched from Gurgaon, Haryana so transit time can be between 1 and 5 working days. You can view the breakdown below:
Delhi NCR - 1 to 2 working days
Metro Cities - 1 to 2 working days
West India - 2 to 3 working days
Rest of India - 2 to 5 working days
Refund & Exchange Policy
Orders, once shipped, are returnable within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a returns, please fill this form.
Upon receiving your order, we will inspect the merchandise and process a refund for the amount to the payment source.
